About DanDan
DanDan has practiced yoga for over 15 years. Since taking her very first class, she felt the benefits that yoga had on her mind and body. Her practice helped her to heal chronic stress, insomnia, and anxiety symptoms, improving her overall health and well being. Because of the positive impact that yoga had on her life, she decided to share her practice by becoming a yoga instructor to guide others on their path to healing and to find peace and happiness in their lives.
DanDan specializes in a gentle paced Hatha/Vinyasa yoga style with awareness to alignment and breath. She passionately shares her practice with her students from all walks of life.
